What we do
Food Security and Livelihood
TITI Foundation enhances food security and livelihoods by strengthening honey, crop, and shea nut value chains and promoting mechanized farming. It also champions women-led climate resilience by empowering women and girls to lead local solutions in climate adaptation, clean energy, and natural resource management, proving that when women lead, communities and the planet thrive.
Gender Based Violence (GBV)
In South Sudan, where weak laws and limited awareness fuel violence against women and children, TITI Foundation promotes gender equality through Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) programs. The Foundation challenges harmful norms, supports survivors through strong case management, and advances policies that empower women and girls to live safer, more equitable lives.
Child Protection
TITI Foundation promotes child welfare and protection in South Sudan by empowering families and communities to prevent abuse, neglect, and violence. Focusing on IDPs, returnees, refugees, and host communities, the Foundation uses a family-centered approach that connects households with services and strengthens community resilience. Through advocacy, partnerships, and alignment with national and global child protection standards, TITI Foundation ensures children’s rights, safety, and well-being are upheld.
Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH)
In South Sudan, where many lack access to safe water, TITI Foundation promotes health through WASH programs that improve hygiene, sanitation, and clean water access. Using participatory approaches like PHAST and CHAST, the Foundation empowers communities and schools to adopt safe practices, manage water facilities, and engage children as hygiene champions. Through partnerships with national agencies and local authorities, TITI Foundation builds lasting capacity to ensure inclusive, sustainable access to clean water and sanitation for all.
Health and Nutrition
In response to widespread malnutrition caused by ongoing conflict and displacement in South Sudan, TITI Foundation implements integrated nutrition programs targeting women and children in hard-to-reach communities. The initiative promotes health through nutrition education, growth monitoring, food demonstrations, breastfeeding support, and referrals for acute malnutrition treatment, alongside food distribution to ensure vulnerable families have access to adequate nutrition and care.
Education
TITI Foundation enhances education in South Sudan by creating safe, child-friendly learning spaces and supporting school construction, teacher training, and literacy programs. It provides scholastic materials, sanitary towels, and links needy students to bursaries and scholarships. Through school feeding, savings, and child rights clubs, the Foundation promotes learning and well-being, while its TVET programs equip youth and women with vocational and life skills for employment and entrepreneurship.
